Executive Sous Chef


The Executive Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in directing the activities of all food preparation and meal services aboard ship, ensuring consistency, quality, cost effectiveness, and the highest level of sanitation are maintained.

Is responsible for the day to day training of all kitchen personnel.

Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef in a 4+ star Hotel / Restaurant serving contemporary international cuisine with extensive large banqueting capability.
