F&B Manager

We need candidates for various 4* and 5* cruise lines. Candidate must have experience as F&B manager in a 4-5* environment and ship's experience. Must be fluent in English, any additional language is a plus. Candidate must be flexible, stress-resistant, cost conscious and possess very good management and training skills. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance. Must have excellent functional expertise in kitchen, restaurant, beverage, sanitation and provision/storeroom management.
