Sous Chef


In the Position as Sous Chef you will be assisting the Executive Chef onboard in organizing and controlling the Galley Operation, following up on Company Standard Recipes and ensure that all food is served as per company standard.

A big part of the job is to participate in on job training with the galley crew in all fields from culinary to sanitation and PH Matters.

We are looking for an active individual who has a passion for good food and an eye for details.

Formal Culinary training, Sanitation Training and Ships Experience required.
